Transport & Rental Planner + Truck driver
Prins Maasdijk is a leading company within the material handling sector and importer of Kubota diesel engines. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a go-getter who will fulfil a nice combination function in the role of:
Transport & Rental Planner + Truck driver (Full-time)
Do you get energy from planning and organising and are you good at setting priorities? Would you rather not spend all day in front of a computer and would you like to hit the road in between? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do?
You ensure efficient planning. In doing so, you select suitable rental machines and take into account additional rentals during seasonal peak periods. You also draw up the corresponding rental contracts. You coordinate the transport with the customer independently.
You arrange your own work schedule taking into account priorities or appointments. You plan the transport for our full-time Lorry Driver. In addition, there are always a number of journeys that will be carried out by you, these involve delivering and collecting machines, as well as explaining to the customer how the delivered machines work.
Job duties per week are approximately 25 hours of Transport & Rental Planning and 15 hours on the truck. You will also be responsible for the fleet of our 2 trucks.
What do you bring?
The work of the Transport & Rental Planner & Truck Driver requires high customer and service orientation, a sense of quality and efficiency. Given the variety, flexibility is also expected. It is essential that you have at least a command of the Dutch and English languages and a valid driving licence C/CE and code 95.
