At Prins Maasdijk, we also focus on the development of our colleagues. Currently, the focus is on soft skills, for example, training courses such as Time-Management are being followed. Organisation-wide, the Lean method was started in 2019.

Last year, unfortunately, we were not able to work on this much, but now that the measures are easing, we are picking up the thread. This time it was the turn of the inside service mechanics, who were taught about the 5S-system, part of the Lean method. The 5S system aims for a tidy, well-organised and orderly workplace. 5S reduces waste, contamination and accidents. As the training started early, it was followed while enjoying a Westgaag breakfast.
